A customer's journey
1. 15-Minute Phone consultation
Our first point of contact with a client consists of a 15 minute phone call. On this call we are getting to know each other, identifying customer goals, and in most cases taking a mortgage application over the phone.
We try to pull credit while we are on this initial call to get immediate feedback on the confidence of the lead.
2. PRE-LAUNCH CALL
Once the 15 minute call is complete, we send the customer away with a list of documents to gather for us (usually paystubs, W2’s, & a drivers license), and then we schedule our Pre-Launch Call.
The Pre-Launch call is a 30-45 minute zoom call where we create a customized presentation for each customer that walks them through the entire home buying process, setting expectations, reviewing closing costs, and coming up with a plan.
By the end of the this call, the customer is either Pre-Approved and we send a letter to them and their realtor, or we come up with a game plan to reach Pre-Approval status.
3. ACCEPTED OFFER CALL
Once we have an accepted offer, we set a 15 minute phone call to congratulate, as well as request any updated documents we need, and once again setting exceptions of the loan process on the front end.

2. Appraisal has been ordered
Once the appraisal has been ordered on the property, an email is sent to the buyer, the buyers realtor, & the sellers realtor letting them know to be on the lookout for a call from the Appraiser to schedule the inspection.
3. loan is approved
Within 24-72 hours, the loan will be conditionally approved by the underwriting department!
This means we have passed the first phase underwriting.
An email will be sent out to the buyer and buyers agent letting them know of this approval, and prepping the buyer for possible document requests coming from our team.
3. Appraisal is back
Once we have the appraisal back, we will let everyone know.
3. Loan is clear to close
Once underwriting gives us a final approval and issues their clear to close, we will update everyone and pre-pare for closing.
