Voyage Concierge are our version of loan officer assistants. These are the advisors that are educating customers on mortgage options, determining  eligibility, and helping see customers to the closing table.

Nope. This isn’t a business generation role. You’ll be provided with the customers to help, and you’ll be rewarded extra when they close. 

You’ll be having initial conversations with new leads, taking applications, pulling credit, and helping customers find the best mortgage for them. Once the offer is accepted, you’ll pass the loan lab where you’ll work with operations to close the loan.

The seasoned loan officer who just doesn’t want to be on the streets selling anymore, but has a strong passion for helping people purchase a home. 

This is a salary plus bonus structure role.

We train our Concierge team to support $3-$4MM per month in closed loan volume for our team.
